excellent care was made very comfortable by staff
I'm always treated very well by the staff at Stoneham dental. On the day of my last appointment, I called 20 minutes before I was supposed to be there and had to reschedule. Nancy who answered the phone was very pleasant and understanding; she found me an appointment later that same day! She even called me back a little while later to offer me an earlier time! FRIENDLY,EFFICIENT, THOUGHTFUL
being highly fearful of all dentists since a bad experience when I was a child, my experience with Stoneham dental and all of their staff is always extremely pleaseant. I still go into the appointment with a small level of anxiety however I know once I get myself there that the anixety will be less and less as they do their job, and it is!! I would go no where else for my dental needs.
I was very pleased with my visits to the Stoneham Dental Care. The staff was friendly, the work was done quickly and I did not have to wait, I was taken at the appointment time. As it was not a painful procedure I was very much as ease. The Doctor explained what he was going to do before he proceded and as he worked on my problem. I have recommended the Stoneham Dental to a friend and she was satisfied also.
Thank you so much for making my appointment so quickly to adjust my problem which was professionally corrected and now my bite is just perfect.
I had neglected my oral hygeine for well over 15 years out of fear of the dentist. After meeting your office I actually look forward to my monthly Invisalign checks!
Service here is always friendly, professional, and top-notch. My last visit, however, started at least 20 minutes late even though I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, which was scheduled for 5:30. I had to leave by 6:40 pm for another appointment. At 6:30, the hygienist had completed my cleaning and asked me to wait for the dentist to complete the exam.
