Absolutely the worst place ever. No food, lines 45 minutes long, ad service, dirty, no utensils. Kids were running wild and nowhere to sit. Disgusting!

We won't be back. I have never gone somewhere where I have felt less welcome. I had never been there and was given a gift card so my husband and I went with my mother and son. We ordered a few pizzas and after we paid for them we went to go find a table. We're told that we wouldn't be allowed to sit in the dining room and eat them. We had to take them to go. First time here and will never go back. I had my daughter's 5th birthday party there on June 4th. After we opened the presents they put them in a bin in a locked room. Well about and hour and a half later when I went to get them to put it in the car... ALL HER PRESENTS WERE GONE!!! Someone who works there gave someone my daughters stuff. Well my uncle caught the person in the parking lot with all her stuff in there car ready to leave. We run outside and get it all back. Went today for my grandsons 7th birthday. Food was ok but I think they have way to many people for the amount of food they have. Always the end of food and some places it's low enough for kids to get their own food. What a mess that was. I do like where the desert is someone serves you. That was much cleaner. For the price you pay its not worth it for the food. The game area is much nicer.

Please don't book a party here! It was a horrible experience. They didn't have the proper rooms or the proper party package when we arrived. Half of our party time was taken up going to the buffet - which was crowded, dirty, and not that good. AND on top of that they let our party bin get taken by someone else and $500 worth of gifts was stolen (and we got another party goers presents in our bin so someone else got their things stolen as well!!!) I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We waited an hour to get in a half hour for the buffet and it was so packed we had to sit in a cold dark room. Not pleased at all.

They need a better system for getting people in faster. Waited 53 mins in line at opening! Other than that. I love it :-)

There was hardly any food on the buffett. Took almost 1/2 hour for them to put out baked potatoes. They don't tell you that the climbing wall are not included in the VIP wristband. The games charge far too many points to play. I would rather go to Chuck E Cheese and I hate Chuck E Cheese! It's not worth the money and I probably will never come back again.
