First time there, kids had a good time.only thing is we had to wait 20 minutes for pizza. When we were done went to turn in tickets and could not turn in for candy. We would go back .it was a little pricey.
Food was cold and nasty to top it off hair was found in my sons ice-cream. Never returning, highly upset
The food was beyond awful, in fact you can have my older daughters food back since she barfed it up all over the hallway. The games were ok and they loved the ninja course.
Dirty place !!! Wnt be back and i asked for help w one of the games nobody stoped and help ...

The Ninja Warrior course was great. I can't wait to do it again. The only thing is I wish they had t-shirts that you could buy that said "I survived the Ninja Warrior Course". ���
We were there on Saturday Jan.14th 2017 we had a blast we got there at 4 and stayed till close that's how much fun we were having. The party crew were very nice and did a very good job keeping the kids entertained. The food was very good and so many different varieties of food and desserts....The buffet was always filled with fresh food and hot pizza! I would definitely book another party!

We just had our son's 4th birthday party at the New Berlin location. The kids had a blast and our party host Megan was SUPER. I really liked the seperation of "big kid" activities and "little kid" activities. (Gotta clean out that water table though!) We thought the food was just fine for the price, and a good selection. I'm so glad we did the party there instead of at our house like usual- I didn't have to cook or clean up and there's a bar so YAY for that!
