Friendly staff, gluten free pizza and other options in the buffet, awesome climbing walls, bumper cars and games! Cheesey, garlic veggie pizza was my favorite but they had lots of options.
Mediocre pizza. Games activity area is utter chaos. NEVER AGAIN! Did enjoy the fight and police showing up!
I am giving them a 5 star because it was a blast. From walking into the building everyone was very nice and welcoming. The service was exceptional and great. The ladies at the front greeted us with big smiles on their faces. The food was also amazing. The buffet was very clean and organized not messy at all. The activities were amazing. The bumper cars were so fun! My cousin had so much fun playing all of the games! Had a blast with the whole family.
I don't even know what to say about this place but I am glad it is over. I feel bad for every single one of the employees.
My Grandson liked it. It was our first time taking him and the girl acted as if we were bothering her with our questions. We are not sure if we will bring him back.
Brought my kids for a Birthday treat, but time was just cut short. We LOVE you guys, but we just had SHORT notice on your special party for employees. I was FUN, but . . .
We had a great time, however, one employee was rolling her eyes at my 11 yr old son with autism because he didn't understand what she was asking of him. This rudeness was not appreciated and we did tell her that. Her response... "well, I still helped him." Very unprofessional and no compassion. Employees need a refresher on how not every child is neurotypical.
We have been going here for a few years for the buffet (no kids) and it was alway good. Things have really gone downhill. There seems to be no flavor and they just don't keep things stocked. Pizza especially.
I brought my grandkids out. They had a great time we ate before we got there and I had to pay for a buffet for myself just to bring the kids in. I think I should have been giving a choice. My grandkids want to come back but I won't bring them back. Why should I have t pay $16.00 just to watch my grandkids. Sorry it won't happen and my friends asked about it.
