After living here for a little over a month, I am greatly disappointed with the complex. The gates to the pool have been padlocked since I moved in. The units are very cheaply built, my bathroom door isn't squared to the ceiling and there is a long crack in the sheet rock. I submitted a maintenance request and when I followed up on it, I was informed by a girl in the office, who claims to live here as well, "all the apartments are that way and I have to force it a little harder to get it to work." This is my first apartment, I'm 24 and was lucky enough to get a good size apartment which I love. Haven't had any problems since I moved in on Dec 2012. There are a couple bugs here and there but if you upkeep and clean the place it's fab. I love having candles and making sure my place is clean. So bugs be gone thanks to that besides we are right next to a reserve... Don't really deal with staff, but they have been really nice to me when I need anything. Awesome Community!! One of the BEST in North Ft Worth area, the staff is VERY nice, and the amenities are great, Been having a BLAST at the pool, and the sand volleyball courts!!! I have so many new friends now since I moved in, Its truly an awesome community!!! Really cant say much bad about this place!!
The property itself is pretty nice. The only problem is if you have complaints or concerns the property manager on staff is unwilling to rectify Any and All problems! It seems this management team is more worried about keeping a Full House and Commisions then keeping its tenants happy:(
Dangerous Many Crimes, No Working Cameras Many cars left on blocks with tires stolen, cameras at gates do not work, and there was even a murder. Find a different place and make sure to ask if the cameras they have actually work.
This complex is WAY OVERPRICED. I didn't mind paying the rent, completely in my budget, but when I moved in, the appliances were cheap. I was told I couldn't use my top of the line washer/dryer but rather the ones they provide which don't even have a fabric softner dispenser and are pretty loud. The entire stove gets hot when the oven is on, dangerous when my nephew is over. The beautiful preserve behind us is more of an eyesore and attracts lots of large spiders, snakes and other critters. Well to start off I would like to say that this complex is quiet, clean, consist of a very helpful maintence crew and is one of the cheapest apartment complexes in this general area. Its nice place to live as long as you have as little to do with the people in the office as possible. Out of everything my only problem has to be all the elderly ladies running the front office. I JUST MOVED IN THIS WEEKEND AND i HAVE TO SAY THAT I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SET UP AND GREAT LANDSCAPE. I WILL STAY FOREVER.
It is so quiet out here and beautifully kept. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it here!!
