Adriana the property manager is extremely helpful and is always looking out to make sure each person that is there is happy and the apartments reputation is upheld.
I've been here only a couple weeks, and I'm already regretting my decision. Everything is peachy at first, but simple requests to finish trim painting or remove stains that were here on move in are met with attitude and excuses. Go elsewhere, it only gets worse once you've signed your lease.
My son has lived in this complex for eighteen months. With the manager at tmove-in time, I did not think he would stay past a year. But the current manager, Russell, has greatly improved the office staff and maintenance crew....the whole atmosphere of the complex is upgraded! The office is always courteous and attentive. Maintenance is expecially responsive - work order requests are often handled the same day as submitted! The grounds are neat and tidy! I highly recommend this apartment complex! Janet
I was one of the first to move into these new apartments and things started out OK. I submitted my list of items that needed to be fixed in my apartment and NOTHING was ever corrected. I was never given a copy of my lease after I had signed. I had to specifically ask for a copy (even though in their contract it states they are to provide me a copy upon signing) months later. We can not wait for our lease to be over they have staff that is nice when you meet them but if there is someting wrong or something needs to get fix it will take them long not even they just wont do it they will make things up. They have alot of restrictions with all the things they offer and very overprice for the quality of things that they have. Some of their gym equipment does not work. Put in an application and they it told them exactly what I wanted. Offered me an apartment a month early and I said no. The lady said she would keep looking and never called back after I had already paid a deposit. Would not give me back my deposit either cause I ran out of time in my current apartment. They are just money hungry and will screw you over. High end and stuck up with over priced apartments.
Worst apartments ever. 1st off: payed waaaaaaay too much to get "luxury" living as I did not want the typical cheap apartment experience. Well, the only thing luxury about this place is a few exterior cosmetic upgrades to make you think you're in luxury. But don't let appearances fool you - the construction is super cheap. 2nd major gripe: the walls are ridiculously thin & there is no noise insulation. The rent is a bit over priced. The apartments are nice themselves, but the staff and maintenance guys are all rude and lazy. This complex is only about two years old, and my roof has already caved in from the rain. It took them almost 3 days to fix. A few weeks later, the same thing happened again. This time it has taken over a week to fix it in which it still has not been fixed yet I am still waiting, even though I go in the office almost daily to complain that it needs to e fixed.
