I took a custom made ring there to get retipped. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! My ring was damaged, two small stones broken and the three large diamonds were smoked. When I finally spoke with Chip directly he tried to pass the blame on someone else, but conceded he needed to make it right. Wow really you own it, take responsibility!
