Apartments suck they won't keep up maintenance on apartments. When it rain it flooded directly in front of my door, they wouldn't fix the problem. I put in a work order for maintenance to repair a leak under sink all he did was cut water off under sink....smh, but they will promote reserved parking anything to get them money BAD BUSINESS and the manager says its a conflict of interest to do business with them yet almost everyone on payroll stays there including herself. They some okay apartments just gotta get it together over there.
Even though my husband and I were only there for about a year, we enjoyed our time there. The staff always treated us well and so did most of the neighbors that we met. They were always quick fixing any maintenance problems and told us if there were any delays if they had to order something. The only reason we left is we missed our families in California too much and I had trouble handling the Memphis Summer heat when I went outside.
