I wouldn’t recommend nobody to move in the Stonebrook Apartment. They take people rent money and never fix anything. Don’t be fooled by the showroom apartment they show off to persuade you to move in. They can’t keep a good maintenance crew or a good managers in these apartments. They done had managers that steal the tenants rent money and evict them or overcharge some. They hire any kind of maintenance men’s that don’t do work properly or half do the maintenance request. UNPROFESSIONALISM AT ITS BEST!!!!!!
TERRIBLE!!!! Have stayed here 5 years and we have had 6 different property managers. Nothing gets fixed, boarded up vacant apartments with the windows busted. My apartment has been broken into TWICE!!!!! And like someone else down below said they won’t do anything about it. Poorly managed, lots of crime and it’s not the area it’s the apartments!!!!
This is the worst place I have ever lived in. Very rude and unprofessional stuff. Everything inside the apartment is broken and I reported them to the county for not fixing it. The pictures are from inside AC inside my apartment.

they are liars and conniving people they just want your application fee anyone please don't apply with these apartments they even have they employees living on the property
Office staff and Maintenance is great. My experience was great when we toured the community.
Don't even waste your time with this place. The crime rate is high and management doesn't seem to care. They don't tend to the maintenance issues. Management only cares about getting their check. The upstairs of my town house doesn't get cool in the summer or warm in the winter. The dryer they are renting to me constantly stops running. I have to run it 3 times before my clothes get dry... which in turn runs up my utility bill. They won't replace it. The worst apartment complex in terms of maintenance and the management sucks. Been living here for 3yrs but I would never recommend anybody to stay is not worthy.
