Beware. They listed our property and never returned phone calls. We had 2 offers and the agent did not relay our responses to the buyers so they withdrew their offers. We attempted to cancel our 90 day listing and the broker changed it to 180 days. Unethical broker
Buyer beware. Bill ondeck is the worst landlord I’ve ever had. I stayed at 909 California ave, the California apartments for a year a month. He never answered his phone when I was there and severely neglected his tenants. The pipes broke on my to my bathtub a few months in so him and his Bob the builder brother Dave came in, ripped a huge hole in my bedroom wall to gain access to the pipes and never fixed the hole.
