Worst company I have every dealt with. They just can't seem to get anything right.
Horrible company! Cannot keep to their own set schedules and has horrible communication between contracted installers and the customer. Also has no idea what is going on in their own shop!!! Dont use them or home Depot because that is who contracts them for counter tops!
I ordered countertops on 3/19/19 and was told the process would take 2-3 weeks. A month after the initial order, the countertops were delivered. I was given a two hour time frame (1-3pm) on the day of delivery and the installers showed up 12:30 with only a ten minute notice to the secondary phone number which had been called first every time. RecommendedMy granite is beautiful!! Installers were very nice, I would definitely get granite from them again!! I ordered a copper sink to compliment the granite, I am so happy with the combination of granite and copper, they are beautiful together!!
This company is the worst. They broke my sink, messed up my counter install, admitted that they did it, said they would reimburse me for it, then didn’t. They then stopped replying to phone calls, texts, and emails without telling me why, and never paid me back. It was around $1000, peanuts to them, a bit more to us. As a third party provider, they aren’t legally on the hook for anything they do apparently. Would never do business with them again.
This are the quality installation , just keep your home projects away from this guys
Customer service sucks!!!! Michele is the absolute worst!! Do not buy from this company!!!!
