Tasteful selection of tiles and amazing customer service from Amy ( residential clients). Great communication from all support staff and even the warehouse guys are pros. My go to place for tiles
just truly obnoxious and self-important human beings there. an absurd level of "appointment-only" covid theater when, even before covid, there were never more than 5 customers in that massive warehouse at a time. pick up samples there but order similar materials from somewhere else. never spend a dime there.
