We are from out of state and visit stone salon each summer when we are in Birmingham. We love it! Great atmosphere. Very fair prices. Large variety of services. Friendly staff!
Took my picky granddaughter there for color and trim. We both loved the results!!
I've had a similar experience twice now. I've arrived for an appointment and there's been no one at reception to greet me or let my stylist know I've arrived. I did speak with someone each time, and they did ask me who I was there to see, but the message never got to my stylist. The first time, I waited for 90 minutes after my appointment time before I got my hair cut. Today, I waited for 45 minutes after my appointment time before I finally left. I won't go back.
I love Joanne and her staff. The salon is so pretty and comfortable. I usually go early in the morning but yesterday I was there at 1 and it was buzzing! So much great energy.
I love coming here to see Tommy Tran. I have been following Tommy for years now and he never disappoints. Always does an amazing job with my hair and many of my friends. If you ever need a great cut stop on by Stone and ask for Tommy. ☺️
