I had , had being the correct term, a Bob. It WAS longer in the sides and shorter in the back. It is total messed up now. I have layers , chopped up weird layers where I should have a smooth cut. I sent a photo to my so called professional stylist, I also explained to her what I wanted. She had been cutting my hair for almost a year, now it will take a year for my hair to grow out ... I came in Saturday before my sisters wedding with my teenage daughter . Joanne was AMAZING she did such an incredible job. Everyone at the wedding asked me who was responsible for my daughters beautiful hair and I gave all the Glory to Stone Salon!! They were so professional, TALENTED and kind! THANK YOU LADIES! Person shampooing my hair pulled out an expensive and precious earring. wouldn't help me look for it. Stated would look for it in sink drain but never called. will NEVER return.
