Having been a patient of Dr Jim for years, the Stone Ridge Medical Group has definitely lost its way. Numerous members of my family are seeking other medical care. Phone calls to the practice rarely get returned, office staff is rude and not helpful, insurance claims often have to be resubmitted after being denied due to missing information.
