Have been going there for nearly 5 years! Have Dr Anne as doctor! I have been very satisfied with the care! She works very well with my specialists at Iowa City! I appreciate how she mentions things that I should follow up with! The nurses especially Tammee have been great to work with! The office staff is second to none! They have been great to work with and very personable! For me a GREAT office!
Dr. James is a great doctor. The issue lies with his support staff. Long wait times for appointments (sometimes exceeding 1 hour for schedules appointment), rude customer service, and billing inconsistencies make you question Stone Ridge's commitment to customer service. I ultimately switched my child to another office when the wait times at Stone Ridge were in excess of 1 hour. 1 hour is too long for a 1 year old to sit patiently especially when you have to wait in the examination room for another 20 minutes before the doct... read more
Both Doctor Ann and Jim Petre are great doctors and Tyler and I loved them for many years. Their Nurse Practioner however leaves A LOT to be desired!! After have a multitude of issues with her , the last one in which I had to go to another doctor the next day to get treatment, We were sent a letter that we were no longer allowed back. VERY, VERY DISAPOINTED ON HOW WE WERE TREATED.
I love the staff here! Dr Ann is thorough and truly cares about my health and well being. She always asks if there is anything else other than why I'm there. That's awesome; a previous family practice we were at charged for additional medical inquiries. Dr Jim sees my husband and he offers a low carb program and education class on Type2 diabetes. He's very passionate about it and has motivated our family to be more diligent about our families daily choices. So glad we were referred here!
