The nurse practitioner, Janelle Schanfish, is very caring and thorough.
This provider will drop you as a patient if you do not keep your credit card on file and up to date. This practice is more concerned with the payment than the treatment. This practice will not accept some insurances based solely on the timeline of payment. The staff becomes rude in regards to any payment issue.
All of the staff are great, from Dr Petrie including the nurse practitioners, nurses and receptionists. You never have to wait long for your appointment
I Love the care I get from this practice. Just had an appt with Michele Moritz FNP and I really, really like her. She listened to me and took a lot of time talking to me about my medications and other issues I was having that I didn't think anyone could help me with. She is helping me!! I never, ever have to wait long when I have an appt. Love all the staff. Now I can get blood work done there. Is you are shopping for a new dr. you will not be disappointed with Stone Ridge.
I have never had to wait too long and have always been treated with respect. Medications have been prescribed, explained, and asked for clarification and so have diagnoses. I would highly recommend this doctor's office.
I have never been treated like these guys! They are Awesome! I have always been seen on time and the staff is so courteous. I feel as they have my best interest at heart. Thank You all for being the best you can be.
