Worst experience living in an apartment. When we first moved in, my apartment reeked of mildew & there was food left in the dishwasher from the former residents. My apartment clearly wasn't cleaned properly. I had to let my windows stay open for 2 days before we moved in. There have been two drug overdoses, that we are aware of only because my sons father was outside while a neighbor was screaming for someone to help.
