Horrible managment I lived at this property, managed by Faircrest Management, Art Luedtke. Horrible, horrible, horrible management. The leasing agent was always drunk, i walked into the office one day to find him face down on desk. They poison all the squirrels, chipmunks etc...which is part of the beauty of the complex, set on a hill in a wooded area. Repairs do not get done...just all around unprofessional. stone ridge relatively decent place to live. Nice neighborhood, close to parks. Has new landlord replacing former unfriendly one, but new guy has carried on the d@!%!**#d tradition of trapping every living thing in the area not realizing that the wildlife is an attraction to the residents. If you enjoy animal cruelty this is the place for you.
