Eric, Kaylee, and Riley were fantastic. From front end scheduling to the inspection and subsequent install; the Stone team was courteous and efficient with my water heater replacement. Family business is great to see, definitely recommend you consider them for your next plumbing project.
No heat for a day and couldn’t get any service until I called Stone. Ethan came this afternoon and fixed the boiler fast. He was knowledgeable and a great guy. Definitely going to use Stone’s service again.
I had the unfortunate experience of having two separate and unrelated plumbing issues arise last week. Both times, Stone came by quickly, discovered the issue, addressed options to fix the issue with me, and made the repairs quickly. They are professional, quick to respond (even around the holiday season!), and do great work. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area for your heating and plumbing needs.
Great, great service! Excellent customer service, took the time to speak with me over the weekend, and explained how the heating process works since I am currently new to boilers! Quick work at a great price!! I would highly suggest this company especially if you don't know who to choose. The worker showed me how the system works and explained what everything does, I'm very appreciative of that!
Emergency at our house today! Drain clogged; standing water. Contacted a couple companies that specifically dealt with clogged drains. All were busy today and tomorrow. I wasn’t sure if Stone Plumbing dealt with this but they did such a great job LAST WEEK I thought I’d check with them. Sure enough they could help us out TODAY.
