When building our home, Eric was very helpful throughout the whole process. When the time came Wade, Riley, and Ethan were courteous and very professional. Today’s repair thankfully was quick and easy. After fixing the initial faucet issue, Bjorne took the time to visually check the condition of the galvanized pipes in the exposed basement ceiling. I appreciate the thoroughness. And he arrived a few minutes early. We previously had Stone Plumbing out about a year ago to move plumbing for the washer, connect a utility sink, replace a suspect galvanized pipe, fix a leaking exterior faucet, and replace the wheel knob with a lever for the water shutoff. Stone plumbing is sincerely the BEST, I have used them for years , they have proven to be the most reliable and trustworthy and provide quality work. For me it’s always been the quality and their honesty that has impressed me. I had them here today for low water pressure and he didn’t leave without making sure I was satisfied with his work. Honestly Stone has the most qualified people in the business in my opinion.
Ethan did the work for me. He was friendly, conscientious, effficient, and skilled. He quickly took care of the issue that I called for. He also identified a significant corrosion problem in the drain stack and replaced that. I now have peace of mind that we headed off a impending problem. The lady who set up my appointment was also very pleasant and helpful.
