Do not buy from these people. We have had multiple negative experiences with them. They really don't care about customer service. We left messages and they do not respond. My wife went into the store and left a message for the owner and they still did not respond. Our son ordered a bouquet and spent a lot of money and when it was delivered it was a very tiny little basket. A very expensive one at that. Really bad customer service!! They said they tried to deliver but that can’t be true because someone was there all day!! The driver was too lazy to read the sign that read “ring bell”!!! When I called them, they refused to go back!

On the morning of the Reagan Homecoming Dance - one of the busiest times for any florist, the good folks here took the time to make one minor insignificant modification that was simply my wife's preference. It was done on the spot, while I waited with a smile. While I waited parents and Reagan students came in for their orders. I I saw hanging decorated mums for Johnson's homecoming next week. Stone Oak Florist has been here for 16 years - and I saw what makes them a sought-out Stone Oak staple.
