Beautiful decorations and amazingly talented staff performing at the holiday shows! A real holiday joy! Pleased to see the real Christmas story our savior’s Birth retold on the train ride! Only negatives were it was not clear on website that treetop adventure was closed for the holiday time, and the farmyard was closed when we went. Also the sky lift DEFINITELY NEEDED RESERVED tickets - it was 2 hr wait to get on during this busy holiday high traffic day

don't do snow mountain around 5pm. it's chaos and there is no crowd control. it's a jungle. very disapointed. we did the tubing twice and they close the snow play area for about 45min. it's a waste of time. wont do it again and I know they probably don't care about our experiences and do nothing after this review. sad

We stayed Christmas Eve till the 26th and had the.best.time! Snow Mountain was sold out Christmas Eve but were able to get tickets for the 26th. In the meantime, we walked up to the summit, hiked the trails and saw 10 deer. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we had a wonderful dinner at the buffet at the Evergreen Marriott there in the park and Christmas Day we strolled through the lights display. Snow Mountain was a blast and the weather was perfect all the days we were there. We’ll be back!

We are staying at the Marriott Evergreen. Everyone here is very helpful and the the hotel is beautiful. No complaints from me. The park is crowded. I think last night was so crowded due to the weather that’s coming this way. Everyone I talked to said they came a day early to beat the bad weather.

Just left this place, there were so many people that you could not move. Events were sold out and they still talk you in to buying the expensive package and you get it and can’t even do anything. Horrible experience! They need to stop overselling tickets 😡

the park was great but the hotel service was horrible! the lady at the front desk was beyond rude and snappy. next time we come I will rent a hotel outside of the park! such a horrible feeling to spend money and be treated this way
