Every time we come here it’s a disaster. Today we get sent to three different places to redeem tickets we already purchased. Finally get to the right place.... hey I have a great idea let’s shut the power down so everyone has to wait another hour to get to do things. Staff was rude. Management here needs an overhaul. Complete and utter waste of time

Great for running, going to the top of mountain by walking or cable car, and "marvelously" enjoy an amazing view from the top of mountain, the laser show is awesome. If you are visiting Atlanta, just take a Saturday to watch the laser show or spend few hours for sports there or simply try good cuisine at a restaurant in the park.
No matter what time of year you go, you will have a great time. It is a wonderful park for everyone.
We’ve been members for 2 years. This past visit I ordered snow mountain tickets. Since it let me order online for free I assumed it was the correct thing to do, during being a friend weekend. When I got to the window they wouldn’t let me use them and charged me $25-30 per ticket. No apology or anything. I was very displeased because we had great customer service all of the times before.
This park is awesome! We enjoyed it. Everyone was very helpful and nice. We loved the snow tubbing. The train ride was great also. I will definitely will come back
They are poor neighbors, forcing those that live miles from the Park to listen to their loud, bass-intense club rave music. There have been several complaints, but they are non-responsive. This is all day long, and/or all night long, virtually everyday and evidently will continue through February! Seriously? They say this is a multi-million dollar take for them. It’s filthy lucre.
