Y’all advertising this wrong!! We was suppose to come with a large group with kids and bought the all attraction passes. Customer service confirmed more than once that the snow tubing is included. Now all of a sudden y’all want additional money? Thanks for ruining little kids weekend .. we hope we getting our money back!!!

I would recommend because it is beautiful but, I am very disappointed with my visit this time(this was my 2nd time there) I travel with my family from Florida to see the Christmas event. We enjoy visiting Stone Mountain Park. This was the first time going to Snow Mountain there though. My only suggestion would be to have a designated line or 2 or or a few working kiosks for those who purchased tickets online. We purchased our tickets ahead of time but still had to stand in a ticket line for about 45 minutes to get them printed out. Defeats the whole purpose and ease of ordering tickets online. Still enjoyed ourselves but felt rushed because of the time wasted in the long ticket line.
