When I decided to replace my countertops I went online and read reviews of all stone companies in my area. The reviews for Stone Masters convinced me to check out their location. I was met by Nicole who listened to my needs and showed me various Quarts samples, without any pressure or upselling, which I appreciated. Recently had countertops installed in a house I had just purchased. Ashley was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process, from showing us the granite slabs available on our first visit (and there were a ton to choose from), to constantly keeping us in the loop during the process. Everything else in the process want smoothly -- from the templating (Brandon was wonderful), to the DSLO, to the install. Thanks for making my kitchen look amazing!

You couldn't pay me to work with Ann Marie of Stone Masters. We had a nice first experience there and found a slab of soapstone we wanted to buy. We offered to sign a contract and give a deposit onsite the same day. They would not allow that. So we signed the contract less than 24 hours later over email. Within an hour of signing the contract I had a phone call and an email from an employee of theirs saying another customer wanted the slab and it was "a matter of who drove their faster with a check." It was a wonderful experience working with Stone Masters. First starting with Jennifer to Brandon and then Mike and Jim who installed my granite counter top everyone was very helpful and professional. I would refer them to anyone.

My wife and I stopped into Stonemasters, and knew we liked the look of Quartz. That's all we knew. Jen walked us through all the white gray samples. She was very informative and it was busy, and she was very professional. Brandon the inhome guy did the measurements with a laser beam. Again very professional and a real pleasant personality. His measurements were perfect and the installers John and Mark were true artisans who enjoy their job. They were punctual and very precise. When we visited Stonemasters on a Sunday morning, we were pleasantly welcomed and assisted by Juan when the actual showroom was closed. We could leisurely look at the slabs and were able to take some samples home. When we had choosen our granite and went through the paperwork at the office, Jason came by our home a couple of days later and took precise measurements of our kitchen with a digital device, which gave us the confidence it will all come out looking very nice. What a breath of fresh air to work with people who actually care about how the project looks in your home. Stone masters was the only place we looked at out of 10 others that had the perfect countertops for our kitchen. We selected a Quartz option that looked similar to concrete and opted to purchase our sink from stone masters as well.
