All in all, Stone Masters is a terrific local company that provides the excellent level of service that makes working with a company like this a true pleasure. From the start, Ashley was incredibly helpful with the layout of the cabinetry in the kitchen, Anne Marie offered sage advice when it came to the countertops and backsplash and finally, Eric and Len provided top notch service at installation - the guys were courteous and efficient. Consider me a future repeat client!

I had Stone Masters install countertops, a sink, a garbage disposal, and tile during the stressful month of Nov. I say stressful because my mother was unwell in a rehabilitation center, where I was going daily, and I was attempting to plan a big 100 birthday party for her. When I decided to replace my countertops I went online and read reviews of all stone companies in my area. The reviews for Stone Masters convinced me to check out their location. I was met by Nicole who listened to my needs and showed me various Quarts samples, without any pressure or upselling, which I appreciated. Next, Joe and Trae very efficiently removed the old countertop, and cleaned up very nicely when they were done. Brandon came the same day to do the digital template. We were delighted with Stone Masters and we love our new countertops. Karlene was very friendly, helpful and responsive to all of our questions throughout our several weeks of planning the project. In our first project, many years ago, Stone Masters did a terrific job installing the main countertops around the sink and stove, including a sizeable peninsula. Recently had countertops installed in a house I had just purchased. Ashley was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process, from showing us the granite slabs available on our first visit (and there were a ton to choose from), to constantly keeping us in the loop during the process. Everything else in the process want smoothly -- from the templating (Brandon was wonderful), to the DSLO, to the install. Thanks for making my kitchen look amazing!

You couldn't pay me to work with Ann Marie of Stone Masters. We had a nice first experience there and found a slab of soapstone we wanted to buy. We offered to sign a contract and give a deposit onsite the same day. They would not allow that. So we signed the contract less than 24 hours later over email. Within an hour of signing the contract I had a phone call and an email from an employee of theirs saying another customer wanted the slab and it was "a matter of who drove their faster with a check." My wife and I stopped into Stonemasters, and knew we liked the look of Quartz. That's all we knew. Jen walked us through all the white gray samples. She was very informative and it was busy, and she was very professional. Brandon the inhome guy did the measurements with a laser beam. Again very professional and a real pleasant personality.
