From my first visit to Stone Masters, till the installation of the granite, on the windowsill in our sunroom, the entire team who assisted me were courteous, cooperative and efficient. I had many contractors working in my tiny bathroom. The Stone Master employees were by far the best. Brandon, who came to take the measurement for the granite cabinet top, was so kind and thorough, making sure I got what I really wanted. Not just for the granite cabinet top but he also pointed out a major issue regarding another item in the bathroom. The installers were cool. however, when I was on the phone with Ann marie Ditomaso (owner), there was a miscommunication over some pre-install pictures I emailed them. First she told me to calm down and I was never hype to begin with. Then she said she needed to speak to the fabricators and give me a call back. THE PROBLEM IS... she never hung up the phone and I heard their entire conversation.. I listened in while she and several others called me stupid, and "what an idiot".. Positive experience from the initial phase of considering stone for my counter replacement to the actual completion. Every employee that I encountered was helpful and pleasant. The process took me a few years to complete but Karlene was patient and understanding. No pressure here, just support and willingness to help when you are ready. Thanks to you all.
Top notch. Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Love my countertops, beautiful stone. All employees were knowledgeable, a special shout out to Ms Lafferty for her attention.
