Great service and great business to work with. I upgraded my countertops in a rental property and they gave me a very reasonable price. The granite looked very nice and Chris and whole crew worked well together...
All I can say is WOW! If you shop here I would work with Chris Davis in Colorado Springs. He had exceptional communication and customer service when me and my wife were shopping for kitchen counter tops. From the start of the process, to the install, we have nothing but good things to say about Stone International. 10/10 guys!
Install of two bathroom countertops went very smoothly. Installers were very professional and courteous. Matching of the backsplash was done exceptionally well.
Experience. Stone International installed our countertops in July/ August 2025 and charged us $450 for six metal “floating plate” brackets, which we paid in full. They issued an invoice clearly marked “PAID IN FULL.” Fast-forward four months, and out of nowhere, they call demanding additional money, claiming they installed “extra brackets.” No one ever informed us about extra brackets during the job, after the job, or when we made the payment. We had been to 4 or 5 countertop retailers in town, been mislead, been subjected to uneducated salespeople, and discovered long lead times. At one place, we told the salesperson the stability and quality we desired, then saw a sample we loved, only to discover it was granite when we received the estimate from them. We were not even told that we had wandered from the quartz we desired.
