We worked with stone international for the countertops in our new kitchen. They honestly did a great job! Kirsten helped us with our order and our quote, she was thorough and knowledgeable. Their prices were unmatched. We went to multiple suppliers for quotes and stone international beat all of their prices. Even the manager, Shane, went out of his way to help with our large order. "Shea like the butter" is arrogant and obnoxious. We worked with Jose, who's extremely flaky (as he's missed our appointment times previously and always "forgets things". I spoke to Shea about it and he didn't seem to care. In his defense, he doesn't seem "all there." And if that's the case, he's doing well enough. On a positive note, a bigger gentleman helped me (sorry I forgot your name), when Jose failed to show up, and he was fantastic! Kierstin was my point of contact and was very helpful as we planned the install, quickly addressed my questions and made sure everything was installed exactly how I wanted it. I would highly recommend.
We are so glad we chose Stone International for our kitchen countertops! Throughout the entire process, Kierstin and Shay were very helpful, thorough, and fun to work with. We had a tight timeline because of a delay with another contractor but Stone International was very flexible and made it work. We are so impressed and we love how our new countertops look! We highly recommend Stone International and would definitely use them again for our next project.
