Some years ago when I was a struggling single mom I had this service done because things were not flushing right in my house. I'm 63 years old disabled man and I've been a costumer for 2 years and that's only because there the only trucks I've seen around until now.. The 2 years I've been with them I've never complained about there 13 month a year payment they put you on ( my calendar only has 12 months in a year ) So now I have raw sewage running out of the tank on to the ground and zack tells me they can get to me in5 days ( how special is that ) if zack brought me a good tank when I asked to just before winter this would not be happening but at ... read more

We really enjoyed the bathroom trailer that Stone Industries provided us for our wedding. I worked with Stephanie to decide the best size for our number of guests. Delivery and pickup was easy, and the restroom trailer itself was beautiful and clean.

My portable toilet is supposed to be cleaned once a week and lately they’ve cleaned once every other week I’m kind of disappointed this year we had them last year and had no issues this year nothing but a me having to call and complain 😕
We are visiting family at Lake Nancy in our 39' Class A motor home. We have hook ups for water and electric but no sewer. Stone Industries, and their "Class A Customer Service" and reasonable cost, is taking care of our black water tank, allowing us to enjoy the full benefits of being in our home!
