Wendy came recommended by a testing site. However, I have left 4 voicemails to schedule an initial appointment, and submitted 2 emails on the website. I was begging for a call back and have received no word at all from Wendy. Her voicemail message says she will respond in 24 hours and suggests calling back if she hasn't responded in 48 hours. I've been trying to schedule an appointment since November 5th. This is completely unacceptable.
Wendy is amazing! She has help me so much over the years.
Wendy is awesome... professional, genuine, and caring. I would trust my entire family to her care.
