The ladies in the office are friendly, and the maintenance guys are as well and are quick to get to you if you’re having a problem in your apartment. We haven’t had any problems at all. We would definitely recommend Harbour Bay to anyone. They have a nice pool to keep cool in the summer with a deck and the property is always kept up.

Love this place! It is calm and quiet. 10 minutes from Kemah. Gisel, the manager, and the ladies in the office (Felicia & Laney) are always so pleasant. They have various events that keep our little community tight knit which is really nice. I would recommend this place to anyone in La Porte or surrounding communities.
