I was looking for a car for about two weeks. And found what I wanted from Stokes VDub! I walked in and was welcomed by the sales manager and was introduced to Mr Joel, the salesmen that helped me with my purchase. Mr Joel felt like an uncle in the process, he was very transparent and wasnt pushy which I really appreciated. Charlotte in finance was a gem as well. I would refer anyone looking for a new car to shop here.
I’d just like to give Service Advisor Mike Bedsole a public shoutout for being such an amazing and compassionate person. He handles all customers with patience, kindness, and respect and it showed to two customers and myself the day I visited for me to bear witness. Thank you Mike, for all that you do.
