I have had nothing but bad customer service experiences with Stokes VW for three months now. My car has a factory issue that made the AC leak to the inside. It took me 8 hours to finally get a hold of someone that would help me at the dealership, even when I kept stressing how bad the issue was. After it was repaired, it was returned to me with greasy handprints all over the roof lining and work tools in the trunk. I had to go back again to get the stains out.
