On a very ugly day i had trouble with my car when i noticed young guy pulled over and helped me with my flat tire, he was of great help I really appreciate people like that and i looked at his uniform and saw that he was one of you guys employees he was very well mannered and asked if there was anything he could do to get to my destination safe Alberto Barrientos was honestly a hero to me that day , boy do you guys know how to pick your employees !!!.

I meant to write this awhile ago, but I wanted to send out a big thank you to both Michael DuBois and Chris Marsh of Stokes! Thank you to Chris for getting me a great deal on my Carolla! And Thank you to Michael for rescuing me off the side of the road when I ran out of gas! I ran out of gas and called Stokes and Michael came right out and brought me some gas to get me back on the road!! Thank you Chris and Michael, and Stokes Brown Toyota!
This was truly a great experience for us Romon Diaz helped us and he did everything in his power along with the Stokes team to help us get into the vehicle we need it we need to stay in a certain price point and we needed to get out of an upside down trade and they made it work for us I am so thankful we were at a few other dealers before we wound up here and they other dealers were nowhere near as helpful this team really went out of their way for us
