We just had a wonderful experience at Stokes Brown Toyota. Chris Browne was our salesman and he made every effort to make our purchase a pleasant one. Chris was very interested in meeting our needs and was able to find the perfect car for our family. Everyone that we met at the dealership was pleasant and friendly. Rob Whiddon in service was very knowledgeable and helpful also. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from here!
Looked at the Toyota Rav 4 which we loved. Worked with Nathan Fordyce who was a great salesman.He was professional and courteous, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend! Even though it didn't work out for us this time, we would definitely come back to look in the future. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and courteous.

Stokes Brown Toyota is a great dealership. I worked with salesman Nathan. He was very professional and easy to work with on finding me the right vehicle. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or preowned ride. While in the market for a new car I went to more dealerships than I can remember always getting the high pressure salesman tactics that made my experience terrible. Stokes Toyota on the other hand has a friendly staff that provided me with an unforgettable car buying experience!

I have been here 3 times for a simple oil change with an appointment. Every time I've been here over 2 hours! Honestly this place sucks!
My sales person, Nathan Fordyce, was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable! This was my first car and he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand very easily. I am lucky that Nathan was my sales person! When you go to Stokes Brown Toyota, ask for Nathan Fordyce! �
Been waiting 2 hours now for a tire change. I came in yesterday with an appointment and they didn't have the tire in stock. Made another appointment for today. It took them an hour to even take the truck back to the shop. It's been finished for 15 minutes and I can't get in to pay for it. I'm done with these people. Never again. Have two new cars from them. I'd drive 200 miles just to go somewhere else. Horrible.
