Absolutely amazing. I'm in from out of town for the Trans America Bike Race. The day before the race my Dynamo hub has a critical failure. Norther Cycles is building me a new wheel right now. They are absolutely amazing people. They spent 2-3 hours with me trying to troubleshoot the dynamo yesterday. It's been a very stressful day. I made many many phone calls to shops around portland, and delt with unnecessary bad attitudes and opnions about carrying a prebuilt wheel, or building one. The only guy I trust for custom wheels. The best wheel builder in the NW! Brian has done pro builds on my last 3 bikes and he'll have a 4th soon. He is a very talented mechanic that I would highly recommend to any cyclist.
