I had very bad purchasing experiences two weeks ago. I find people on many review websites report the same trick they do on me. They asked me to test drive and then told me the car was sold out. They tried the so-called "bait and switch" trick and tried to sell me other cars with very bad offers. Afterwards, they sent me several apologies and said they would like to send me a gift card (I didn't accept it).
