We were disappointed with your service this time. On Nov. 7 I replaced the cabin filter. On Nov. 9 the mechanic said the cabin filter needed to be replaced. I am a bit worried about the quality of the service we are receiving.

Very disappointed with both Stockton 12 and with Honda! Bought a Civic 4.5 years ago based on the stellar reputation, but after 115k miles, the CVT transmission completely failed! Was talked into spending $400+ to first replace a sensor but after that was told the only choice was a full replacement, totaling $5,990 with tax and labor!! Surprisingly, the car's trade-in value with a good transmission is barely that, so there was no point investing further in a vehicle we could no longer trust.
