We set out on our journey to replace our 2019 Accord Sport which was totaled during the recent tornado. We loved our Accord so much we decided to stay with an Accord. I contacted Chuck Lawless, a salesman for Bommarito Ford. We've purchased five (5) used autos from Chuck and trust him completely to find what we're looking for and be completely satisfied with the deal. Went in to get an estimate on buying a new car. Salesman kept leaving me to talk to his sales manager. Sales manager came over like the gestapo. Wouldn't reason or talk to me like a normal person trying to make a deal. Told me directly he didn't bother to put my numbers into the honda system. Showed me a piece of paper with numbers he estimated and wrote up on his own. Couldn't give me a straight answer about my high 700s credit score either. Absolute scam artist at work. What a completely unprofessional and upsetting experience. We were at this dealership ready to purchase the car we picked out. We made an appointment hours earlier. WE TEST DROVE THE CAR. We were filling out paperwork when we were told "Sorry, someone else bought that car". That alone is bad enough. I thought it was at least an accident. but it was NOT AN ACCIDENT. This is the worst dealership in New York.went in to buy a car and listen to my experience before you get screwed like I did. I have been going to  this place for  23 years.. never a problem before except for my recent purchase.we T in and spoke to sales person  stating I wanted a Civicc Sports Sedan  with my trade in.spoke how much I love the civic .we agreed on a fair  price for the car and trade in.told them I would pick up the car. in 2 days.went to the bank to get a check. Worst service department, ran by Mike Silva and Viet le. This duo of vile individuals are liars, deceitful, negligent, unprofessional, and unethical. They work together to take no ownership for bad repairs and additional damages. They run customers off using foul language, demeaning them and could care less.. Both are extremely unethical, and unprofessional. Save yourself a headache, and take your business somewhere else. You will be disrespected, and left with a real bad experience...

There is no rating due to after buying phenomenon. Salesman did a good job in my purchasing a used vehicle but after sale was over none of my calls and concerns were acted upon or returned. Perhaps a single older lady they didn't thinks it was important. I am 70 years old, still working as a dental hygienist for over 50 years. I was told car would be cleaned prior to pick up.
