Worst customer service. They discriminate
RecommendedHave used them for years … this oil change was a bad experience… had an appointment at 7:30 a.m. that they had no record of … they put me as a walk in — which I was not! At 9:15 I started asking questions- they had not even started on my oil change! Almost 2 hours— another 40 minutes I was on my way… not my fault that they didn’t get the appointment on their schedule but I sure paid for it!!!

The process for service is streamlined. The service writer meets with you at your vehicle, logs the mileage, verifies the VIN, confirms your appt., and work that is to be done. You are then taken to the service counter and counseled on work that is suggested for the mileage of your vehicle and then you are led to the waiting area. They are friendly, answered all my questions and I wasn’t there half the day for an oil change, and fluid exchanges/flushes. Thank you!
