Mr. and Mrs. Stockman are fantastic landlords. We were only in Tennessee for a year, but they made the renting process easy. We loved our duplex and the cozy neighborhood it was in. They were attentive to all of our questions and on top of repairs. All of the appliances worked well and were fairly new. Before renting with the Stockmans, the HVAC unit in every place we've lived in has broken at least once (one apartment, it even broke several times, and after a certain point, the property managers refused to keep fixing it). ... read more
Great neighborhood and Henry is the best landlord!
We needed a place to stay while repairing and moving into our house. Mr. and Mrs. Stockman had a lovely building in which they had an apartment available in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood. They are very laid back and easy to deal with and are decent folks with good values. Our experience with them as landlords has been very cordial and seamless. The rent is fair as well, and we have had no issues whatsoever. We feel lucky that we found them and their available place!
Henry is a great landlord! Any issues that arose were fixed quickly. We loved living at Henry's duplex, it was a great home for our family. All of the neighbors are wonderful. Quiet street and great neighborhood in general. Also, location is super convenient between downtown, the interstate and the mall.
