Great neighborhood and Henry is the best landlord!Â
We needed a place to stay while repairing and moving into our house. Mr. and Mrs. Stockman had a lovely building in which they had an apartment available in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood. They are very laid back and easy to deal with and are decent folks with good values. Our experience with them as landlords has been very cordial and seamless. The rent is fair as well, and we have had no issues whatsoever. We feel lucky that we found them and their available place!Â
Henry is a great landlord! Any issues that arose were fixed quickly. We loved living at Henry's duplex, it was a great home for our family. All of the neighbors are wonderful. Quiet street and great neighborhood in general. Also, location is super convenient between downtown, the interstate and the mall.Â

My partner and I lived in one of Henry’s duplex properties for 3 years. He and his wife Elizabeth work hard to maintain their properties, as well as a neighborhood feel among his residents. I think it helps that he lives in the same neighborhood as his properties. He charged us a fair price for rent that helped us save enough money to eventually buy a house.
