the people answering the phones need to change there attitudes and when you ask for a supervisor they refuse to let you speak to one they say nothing is going to change or they are a supervisor when I know they just told me none were available they do not have supervisors answering the phones if none are available this place needs to get there act together because they won't be in business for long after people like me make complaints to there insurance about them

This place is very unorganized. Staff does not greet you with any friendliness. The Podiatrist barely takes a minute to tell you what your xray results show without even offering to show you the results. Was trying to tell me that my foot was worse, after wearing the boot, fir 3 months. Gives me a copy of my xray , from my previous visit(month before) and tells me my for is worse. Dr Flores is great!! Some of the reception staff could be friendlier but nice place
It was easy to get an appointment. Called Monday, and I was in Thursday. 20 min wait to be seen. That wasn't bad at all. The waiting room was quite full, but they got people in and out quickly. The doctor I saw was very nice. Knew her stuff, offered solutions, and actually listened to me. I've only been here once, but I'd recommend them and will be back if I need them.
