Today is the last day of August and the house is being prepared for visitors, and of all the days in the year, today my AC compressor stops working. I didn't receive a call back from my regular HVAC team. I heard Stockdale Aire has 24hrs service. Called their number, pressed #1 for emergency inbox, left voice message around 7PM. Received a call back at 7:31PM. My AC compressor starts working right before 9PM. Paid for the emergency call and for a capacitor replacement. I can’t say enough great things about Stockdale Aire! From the moment I called, their customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and quick to respond. They treated me like a valued customer, not just another job. I highly recommend them to everyone!
This company was recommended by a friend who has used them for many years. I called at 9:20, they came out at 11, unit was fixed by 11:30. I couldn't be happier!! Cost was reasonable, too. I will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to everyone!
