They've always been great about getting back to me very quickly after I call. It's never taken them more than a day to call me back. I appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more informed. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
I will absolutely be returning.Dr.Stock did a good job. The office girls were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They always take that extra step. The treatment plans are good and Dr. Stock has never over medicatied my child. We've been seeing Stock for 7 years an my child is doing well. She hasn't been back to the hospital in 6 years. They're very flexible with their appointment times. Whenever I want an afternoon appointment, they're able to get me in, and whenever I want a morning appointment, they're able to fit me in as well. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name.
