They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff wasn't friendly, Jennifer sure isn't helpful either. My needs were not met. The office was easy enough to find. Paid $300 for an office visit & never could get the staff or Dr. Stock to call my insurance & get the prior authorization (PA) to fill the medication that he wrote the script for since 7/14/2012. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Felt like a carwash, in and out he felt cold and unconcerned.
