On my visit to the apartment, I found it very well maintained. The first look itself was very pleasing to the eyes. The staff were very cooperative and were good listeners. Definitely worth a visit. The rent also looks reasonable.

Your STOA team is pretty amazing. Karen and Jared were very helpful and available to answer all of my questions. I dealt more with Karen throughout the leasing process, she was so kind, patient and knows her stuff! The approval process was quick and easy. Equity is very organized. Their checklist has everything you need to make the move smooth. Guys! Sidenote: All of the perks that come with STOA is also great (more monies back into our pockets, which is always welcomed). Byeeeee
to neighbors , check you payment and until bill. there are two ledger stoa use for clear the extra payment stay at your account at end of the month . and once you paid any extra utility to you account, In the future you will pay that extra bill without your notice by increasing each part of your basic utility (see my last pic) -------------------------------------------------- I have to say stoa is nice place to stay , but if you choose apt 1123 , be careful you are next .
