Avoid moving here! If you do, expect break-ins, stolen mail, random gas and hot water shut-offs lasting for hours, and even homeless individuals entering the building and causing safety issues. The management does not care about their residents, is unresponsive and consistently ignores resident concerns.
**Update July 2024** I decided to leave Stoa one month early. After reaching out to corporate about the noise issue, and having the community manager reach out to the neighbors, it seemed the noise levels got worse. I got tired of it and decided to leave. Too bad, this was a really nice building, but not worth the poor support from the management team and lack of kindness from the upstairs neighbor. My Fiance and I have been living here for almost 2 months now and we have had nothing but the best experience. Jorge the leasing manager really made us feel welcomed the moment we stepped foot in STOA apartments. Jorge has also done everything to make sure we are having the best experience living at STOA.
