Grill - high heat :2-:3 minutes per side. Shoot it down to medium for :4 on each side. Place in cake pan -\-\ place sliced cold butter on top of steaks -\-\ cover with foil. Cover for :6- :8 minutes. Best place in town! We purchased some steaks for dinner and the store is spotless. The employees are very aware of what they offer, how to handle each item, and how to cook each item. Also we have all of our deer processed here and we couldn't be happier. Great atmosphere and great people!
Stopped in for the first time and bought a meat bundle. I didn't want to leave everything look's so good. Got home and made steak and it was so good. I will be back. thank you.
