I would recommend Stitch By Design to every organization that is in the market for ordering shirts for their group. My group needed 58 shirts for our the casual summer months at church. Anyone who's done a search for custom embroidery knows there's a vast ocean of mediocre vendors/embroiderers to choose from and there's really no way to know which ones are any good unless you've worked with them before. Well I took a chance on Stitch by Design, and it was easily one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. These people listen, execute and follow through like true pros, and then they treat you like family on top of that. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs this type of work done.
The embroidered polo shirts I ordered for my small business were of professional quality both shirt and embroidery. The service I received from Frances was exceptional. Ordering was easy and prices were reasonable. I would like to thank them for their time and effort in creating a great shirt to advertise our business. I will be ordering from them in the future.

I ordered a jacket w/ our school dept. logo custom embroidered on the back for a professor and it was a hit!! I was soooo pleased with it!!
