Frances made some great recommendations and hooked me up...... Shirts are of great quailty and the Logos were perfect.....

I worked with Frances and she couldn't have made the whole process any easier! The proofs of our logo were awesome and she even pointed us in the right direction for correct thread color to stand out well on our polos. The ordering process was seamless and we were even able to have our order sent to two locations. The products came out beautifully, and when my shirts shrunk in the dryer, I had two replacements a week later...including shipping days! I ordered sleeveless polos from this company is the size I wear at every other retailer on earth. The shirts arrived very quickly, but were 2 sizes too small. It is very difficult to return anything. You have to call for permission. I called and left a message. No call back. Then I called again and was given the info on how to return. After returning the shirts (which Florence acknowleged ran smal)l (shouldn't that have been mentioned on the website?) it took over a month to receive my refund...minus a $20 restocking fee. Order was complete as ordered. Bravo, my only suggestion is this; I received a confirmation email for my order. Within my confirmation email was a link to "check" on my order which all that was, was a statement saying I ordered the polo's.. Nowhere did it give me a tracking number so I would know when they were shipped and when to expect them which can all be derived by having the tracking number. Couldn't find better prices on multiple t-shirts, in a, impressively wide variety of styles and colors. Shipping was prompt and affordable. Would buy again! I have two minor issues with shopping at Stich by Design. First, the page from which I purchased my shirts (Men's Unisex T Shirts, Style# 3001C) is not reachable from the drop-down menu, only via Google search.
