I needed someone I could trust with my alterations- wasn’t satisfied using the person at my dry cleaners. I felt relieved to find this dedicated alterations business in the Cool Springs area. The owner listened to my concerns and gave me guidance on fir, scale, sizing. She told me 3 of 3 dresses were the right length when I was ready to go shorter. The seamstress and owner at Stitch and Tailor is skilled, kind, and patient. She'll listen to you and make sure that you're happy with your alterations. I highly recommend for alterations.
I would not recommend going here. I brought my wedding dress in for alterations, and when I picked it up, not only were the alterations unflattering, but too much fabric had been cut off the sides and the length as well. I had to completely change my dress less than a month before my wedding. I don’t believe the seamstress had prior experience with the wedding alterations that were needed.
