I received a "Play the $25,000 Cash Game!" Mailer and as a Winner (as I'm sure everyone was) I called the number listed for Winners to call: I was then asked several qualifying questions and deduced that this was a scam as they often are. Someone just called me on my cell a few minutes ago and hung up on me when I said, "I don't plan on coming to the dealership." I think that was extremely rude whether I am in the market for a new or used car or not. It's just rude!
False advertising and rude to potential customers.
Worst service ever! Beware do not deal with this business.
We went in on a late Friday evening and traded for a van. Called them back on Monday morning to tell them we weren't satisfied with the van and wanted to do something different. We were told it was too late everything was already done. I have been told by several people that anything financed wouldn't be done completely over a weekend and it wouldn't be too late to change the vehicle or minds. They wouldn't even help whatsoever. I received a flier in the mail stating I had won $1000, so I set an appointment with them like I was supposed to and showed up early, sat through their whole application process and when I asked about my prize they said they had given away too many prizes already so I couldn't receive mine. So I sat there for an hour and got nothing out of it.
I loved this place at first. But you have a particular employee that has texted me and my husband for 3-4 days strait and won't take NO for an answer. We were interested in cars. But he wouldn't take my husband answer. We are not able to do a car right now. And we're going to go look at them today. But for reasons could not.
