WORST service department EVER ! Had my SUV for 2 days only to learn NOTHING had been done because they were missing some special tool. ZERO concern, avoided requests to see the Manager. Paid for my parts and will go to Morristown Inept, Unprofessional, Uncaring, and just plain rude. What a time to have no A/C
Ripped off my friend did not fix his truck right had to have his truck towed to another place they fixed it right the first time he would never recommend this place to anybody
very bad business!!! stranded me for almost 3 weeks without my truck that they previously fixed n couldn't get refixed for this reason n that. ended up having to tow my truck back to Florida 1000 dollars just to take to the Chrysler dealership in Ocala n have fixed within 24 hours of being there. cost another 507.85 on top of what stinnett already charged me close to 1100 dollars for. bad business Mark stinnett
